Company History

Creative Games was started on May 9, 2008 as a computer game company by Matt Kreczmer, who was in eigth grade at the time. His goal when making the company was to "Create games that are fun to play and also affordable." Since the company had no employees, he was able to sell the games at prices that are more than half the price than video games. "One advantage of making computer games," he says, "is that almost everybody has a computer. While in order to play video games like Halo or Super Smash Brothers, you have to buy a video game console that will run you around 300 dollars."

On July 10, 2008, the Beta Testing system was created so that anybody could playtest our games. The system was simple- the tester would play a Beta Version of a game, fill out an online survey about the game, and they would recive a one-time coupon that gave them 50% off the game once the game was released. Since most of our games cost about 20 dollars, beta testing a game could let somebody buy it for only ten dollars!

Today, we have our first game, The Amulet of Mana, in Beta Testing and almost ready to be released. We also have ideas for a sequel to the Amulet of Mana in the works.
